Today, we will discuss a vital topic: why you need a Health Coach for your weight loss journey.  You might have bought the gym subscription, But never really made use of it. Right?  If you have gone to the gym, Be honest.  What’s your biggest streak?  What was your motivation?  How much weight did you lose?  Were you able to maintain it?  In this generation, many people are falling sick and leading unhealthy lifestyles. Many people want to lose weight, keep their bodies fit, and achieve a perfect shape, but they’re unsure of how to start and often give up. 

Each individual’s body is different and responds differently to food or medication. 

Losing Weight is not the same for everyone. There’s no one-size-fits-all rule. You need to understand your body type and make decisions accordingly to achieve your desired weight. 

This is where a coach comes in. They have experience dealing with many people, and they can provide the necessary guidance and help you achieve your Dropping Weight. This is the first reason why you need a weight loss Coach.

Sign 2: You have a Hard Time Following Through With Your Weight Loss Goals:

Let me share a personal example.  I was 75 kg and 5’7” tall. Everyone started shaming me, and I felt very depressed. I decided to lose weight and be in shape and began with a lot of motivation. I exercised on the first day with enthusiasm and avoided junk food for a week. But then, I lost motivation and gave up.  After a few days, I thought, “I should lose weight,” and my Day 1 started again.  I did it for a week, lost motivation, and went straight to Biryani Point for a nice meal.  Sounds familiar?  I started again, and you know what happened next… I gave up!  I was stuck in this loop for a year, and nothing changed. I was still 75 kg.  Then, I decided to hire a Certified Health Mentor. 

The health coach was very strict. He gave me a diet and exercise plan for a month. I started, and everything went well for a week, as usual.  Then, I lost motivation again and felt like I wasn’t living my best life because I couldn’t eat the foods I loved.  But my coach took note of everything. Every single day, he asked for updates, pictures of my meals, and my exercise routine.  On the 8th day, I lost motivation again, but this time, I had to report to my coach.  Because he was strict, gave me punishments, and I had paid him, I had to stick to it.  I continued with him for a 37-day challenge, and guess what? I lost 8 kg!  I felt energetic, stable, and strong. I felt light and was thrilled with the transformation.  I was amazed at what I could achieve with the right Fitness Coaching. So, to stay accountable and on track, you need a coach for health.

Sign 3: You have accountability issues. 

After 37 days of following my trainer’s routine, I was happy with the results. But what next? Should I continue with my trainer or give up? 

I decided to continue for the next 90 days.

I followed everything my Wellness Coach asked me to do.

After 90 days, I lost 7 more kg, achieving my dream body.

I felt light, healthy, and happy. My brain worked clearly, and I felt strong. 

My wellness coach made me accountable for everything and made me follow the plan.

As the saying goes, “What you can’t measure is what you can’t improve.” If you’re not maintaining proper logs or monitoring your progress, You’re bound to fail.

I was confident and empowered with the knowledge my trainer gave me.
