The word Amantrhit means to welcome or to invite someone. Amantrhit is made with the names of two best friends, Aman and Rohit. The vision and mission of Amantrhit is to connect people with the roots of Ayurveda and spirituality.

At Amantrhit, the Himalayas stand as your guard, the Ganga flows endlessly, and ancient healings are ready to heal your heart, body, and soul. We are on a mission to cure people with our ancient cultural techniques, such as ayurveda, yoga, and meditation.

Our Story:

The idea of Amantrhit was born from friendship and from a small village in India. Our founders want to heal people with our ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, Yoga, and Meditation in today’s world.

Their thoughts are leading us as the first all-inclusive retreat in Rishikesh. Our guests are our family, and we only provide the best facilities to our family members. Here is a list of facilities provided by us.

Aman Saini

Founder and Energy Healer

He was born in a small village in Haryana. His childhood was spent with ayurveda, yoga and meditation. He understands the power of ayurevda and how important healing is. That’s why he offers sound healing and energy sessions. His sessions help our guests to clear their minds and emotional blockages.

He spends years studying the toxic lifestyle of individuals, which is why he decided to come up with a place that feels like a second home. And today, he is leading Amantrhit and serving people.

Dr. Harmeet Kaur

Psychologist & Psychotherapist

Dr. Harmeet Kaur is an experienced Psychologist and Psychotherapist. She has been serving people for more than 14 years. Till now, she has supported more than 3000 children and adolescents struggling with delays in development.

She helps individuals with her positive strategies and calm vibes. Her work focuses on building self-esteem and confidence.

Dr. Prateek Rawat

Ayurvedic & Wellness Specialist

Dr. Prateek Rawat has been practicing since 2010. He is blending Ayurveda with modern psychology to promote the holistic well-being. He is a panchakarma-certified doctor. He combines traditional healing with modern strategies.

At Amantrhit, he helps our guests with Ayurvedic and Panchakarma treatments and therapies. He offers a unique way of approaching our guests and helps them to achieve their overall well-being.

Siddha Ji

Sound & Reiki Healer

Siddha Ji is an award-winning spiritual teacher with an Honorary PhD and Doctorate in Spiritual Science. He has trained more than 5,000 healers across the globe till now. Also, he is internationally recognized for his work as a coach and mentor.

His sessions create a space where guests can restore energy and reconnect with themselves. His calm approach helps our guests to achieve peace and harmony.

Mrs. Sanjana

Ayurvedic Therapist

he is an experienced ayurvedic therapist and is dedicated to natural healing. At Amantrhit, she offers traditional therapies that help our guests relax and detoxify their mind and body. She approaches guests in a gentle and caring manner. Her therapies help our guests to clear their minds and relax their bodies.

Anxiety Management Sessions

Anxiety, deprived from human fear of a certain problem, is known as anxiety. Some fears lead people to get into anxiety. Anxiety is also known as a way the body reacts in some difficult situations. Have you ever found yourself in a situation where your muscles stop working, your mind is buzzing with thoughts, and uneven breathing.

 That wasn’t just stress; that is anxiety. When an individual isn’t able to cope with their stress management. And it led to the anxiety attacks. Anxiety should be treated in holistic care. In this way, one can get them solved without even knowing.

Stress Management Programs

In our affordable meditation retreats, we offer various programs for stress management. A report from SingleCare [1] mentions that 90% of adults in the U.S are losing their sleep- due to the stress of their job and health.

 The situation is worse in India, where people still hesitate to talk about stress and anxiety openly. In Indian society, people still hesitate to consult a therapist for their stress management. 

Especially for this reason, we added stress management programs to our all-inclusive meditation retreats. These programs, will help to know that how stress can be managed through meditation. Stress comes from the negative energy, and meditation kills the negative energy. Meditation is the only way to keep any individual stress-free.

Meditation for Stress Management

 The world is filled with problems, and people come to Rishikesh to escape from the outer world. Rishikesh is the birthplace of Yoga, the place where sages, used to meditate and achieve salvation. 

Now the same place is being used to cure people with mental health issues and stress. The world has become cruel with time, and people are filled with negative energies. This energy won’t only affect them,but it also affect the people around them as well. From toxicness in work workplace to toxicity in relations. People are struggling with stress.

As mentioned above, anger is the enemy of humans. A person who doesn’t know how to control their temper, faces various issues in life. Meditation is the only way to control, this bound emotion, which enables an individual to even think straight and positively.

 In daily life, various examples are in front of the eyes, where anger leads people to do things; they never imagined. The problem isn’t with that individual, but with the problem of controlling. Once a human loses control over their senses, the problems start from there.
