  6. Knees touch the floor first, then same with the chest.
  7. Upward lift begins at the shoulders, head rising slowly. 
  8. Hips shift higher, spine stretching into a peak shape.
  9. One foot slides ahead without hurry. 
  10. The back leg joins, folding into place beneath it. 
  11. Up go the arms: a soft curve backward follows. 
  12. Hands meet again at the center, close to the chest.

Put one foot in front and make the front knee bent. The back leg should be kept linear. Take up your arms up to the ceiling. Keep this pose and take slow, deep breaths.
