How to activate the Solar Plexus chakra in just 7 days?

The proper function of our body can only be maintained by having a healthy and balanced chakra. As getting your chakra to open up will result in a healthy and happy life. However, if done wrongly, it may disrupt our mind, body, and spirit. That is why learning the methods by which you can unblock your energy points is important to understand. Here are some methods by which you can evoke this chakra.

Solar Plexus Chakra Meditation

Meditation is a way of connecting to your conscious self and finding parts of your true self that you have never seen before. To unlock the Solar plexus chakra through meditation, you’ll need to focus all your energy on the blocked chakra and drive that energy to your navel while chanting the seed mantra “Rangm.” Your hands should be in “Agni Mudra.”

Moreover, this can also be achieved with the help of “pranayam” techniques as well.

Here is a 7-day plan to activate the solar plexus chakra

Day 1 is about starting steadily.

You should sit in a posture and pay attention to your breath. Let your body relax. Your inner power is what makes you strong. It is good to be aware of it. Think about yourself and your inner power and how it can help you.

Day 2 is for waking up your core.

You can add some movement today with poses like the plank or the boat pose. You do not have to hold them for a time, even a few seconds is enough. The goal is to make your core muscles active and start building strength from your core muscles. You need to tell yourself that you are stronger than you think when it comes to your core muscles.

Day 3 is about building energy through flow.

You can practice rounds of Surya Namaskar. Move at a speed that feels good, for you and focus on how you’re breathing. Don’t worry about doing it right. As your body starts to warm up you will begin to feel energy and feel more alive. Say to yourself that energy flows freely within the navel energy point.

Day 4 is for relaxing and releasing.

Today is about slowing down. You can try a bend like Paschimottanasana and add a gentle twist. These movements help release tension and support digestion. Go easy on yourself. Think that you trust yourself and your journey to activate the navel energy point.

Day 5 is for stepping into confidence.

You can practice standing poses like the Warrior pose. Hold the pose, feel your strength and notice how your body supports you. This is a day to build confidence both physically and mentally in your ability to activate the energy point. Affirm that you are confident and capable of activating the energy point.

Day 6 is for creating heat.

You can introduce deeper poses like the bow or the camel pose. These might feel a bit intense. They help activate the navel energy point. Take it slow. Only go as far as you are comfortable. Tell yourself that you have the courage to move forward and activate the energy point.

Day 7 is for reflecting and reconnecting.

End the week by slowing everything down. Sit quietly and breathe deeply. Reflect on how you feel compared to Day 1. Even small changes matter when it comes to the energy point. Remind yourself that you are in control of your life and your navel energy point.
